Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yang Yoga, Wheel Yoga (E-RYT 500)
Kite, originally from Taiwan, has just moved to Tauranga from Auckland with her family. She is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT500 teacher (trained for 500 hours and has over 2,000 hours of teaching experience) and she has also been conducting yoga teacher training courses for the past 11 years. Kite runs a small studio and a yogafarm in Taiwan, and is still conducting the teachers training courses for students from all over the world. Being very new in Tauranga, she misses yoga very much and are now very glad that she can once again start sharing her passion at Namaha Retreat. She loves the connection with people who share the same love for yoga and the good feeling after every classes. She teaches the benefits of yoga and explains clearly the use of each part of our muscles for each pose so as to become more flexible and stronger both physically and mentally, yet in a very safe way. This also helps each students build a very strong foundation for the yoga practice regardless of the level of the students. Most importantly, she allows the students to walk on their own path where they can start to know themselves, their own bodies, and who they are when they are on the mat or off the mat.
The type of yoga she teaches include:
Vinyasa Flow : Gentle movement or advanced beautiful sequence, where one breath goes with one movement, allowing the body and mind to live in the same natural pace.
Beginners Yoga: Alignment with few basic poses that emphasise highly on the right alignment of the body, the awareness of the muscles, and the relationship between movements and breaths.
Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Flow with Yoga Wheels
