Kundalini Yoga

Claudia is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher.  Kundalini Yoga has been a part of her life for several years.  Her daily practice has helped her to grow stronger mentally and physically.  She is fitter and at the same time she lost her fears and anxieties of the unknown.  She broke through blocks that held her back of being herself, leaving her limitless and free.  "The feeling is hard to put into words and has to be experienced." she said.

Claudia completed her 200 hour Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and she is excited to share the teachings that gave her so much clarity with others.  She loves how effective Kundalini Yoga is and how fast it works through the combination of movement, asanas, the use of mantras, mudras and meditation.
